Appartement correct venu pour la semaine en déplacement professionnel. Fabienne est très réactive et amicale. Proximité du métro et de la gare très pratique.

Fabienne is an amazing host, the apartment is extremely close to the subway station, and despite of the reviews about the neighborhood we never felt unsafe. We're there as a group, during the self-checkout process we missed a mobile phone in the apartment, Fabienne did everything possible to return it on time so we didn't miss the train back to the Netherlands.

Fabienne je izvrsna domaćica, uvijek uslužna i brza na odgovorima. Stan je smješten na fantasticnoj lokaciji i prometno povezan s cijelim gradom. Lijep je i ugodan te imate sve što je potrebno za boravak. Zahvaljujemo se Fabianne sto nam je dozvolila ostati duze od regularnog check-out-a. Sve pohvale!

The neighbourhood is great. Enables an insight of Paris' diversity. Close to marche de Clignoncourt and Gare du nord. The apartment is just next to the metro/bus station. The flat though had a strong moldy smell and was only superficially cleaned. Parts of the interior broken, towels smelly, couch dirty.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, malgré les travaux des JO en cours. L'appartement est bien situé (proximité du métro et des bus) et l'intérieur est super cosy, très agréable. Fabienne est disponible lorsqu'on a une question. Elle a laissé un petit livret pratique dans l'appartement pour les commodités et le fonctionnement de l'appartement. Merci pour tout !
