THE TEAM: Pauline was absolutely amazing - Genuinely! Pauline demonstrated great hospitality and proactivity regarding all communication, even though our communication was solely remote! I also met Christine, in-person during check-in, who was so sweet! 🥹🥰. I even got the opportunity to meet Melanie on one occasion and she was also accommodating and friendly. The housekeeping staff, Annie, was also great! All in all, the team were superb. Thank-you, all! 🤗 THE PREMISES: - Very clean - Very modern - Very well equipped/good amenities. - MRT still under construction, so travel can be a bit inconvenient. Still, there's a bus-stop just in-front of the entrance gate, which is nice. Also, the Airbnb is VERY close to a shopping centre with a cinema etc. There's also a 7/11 close-by. All in all, a good location, which will be fantastic once the new MRT station opens. I would definitely consider staying here, again ☺️

I had a fantastic stay at the Airbnb in Marine Parade, Singapore. The serviced apartment was not only comfortable but also conveniently located with excellent bus connectivity (new MRT station under construction as well). The nearby mall provided nice shopping options, and having a hawker centre in close proximity was also very convenient. The host was accommodating, and the overall experience made my trip memorable. Recommend for anyone looking for a well-connected place close to the beach and outside the city centre to stay in Singapore.

Perfect new place with pool. Host and reception are super friendly and flexible. Bus to metro takes 10min max but a lot to do in the surroundings!
