Matt’s place was extremely clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. His house accommodated 6 people comfortably and we will definitely book in the future when returning to D.C.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable visit. Additionally, the availability of free street parking was a major plus. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Stayed with my family for one night to attend a show at The Howard Theater. Pretty nice house, though noisy neighbors and noisy area, but it's DC so it should be expected. The fan in the bathroom attached to the biggest bedroom trips the bathroom power, easily and often. It happened a few times, while showering, which was frustrating. Didn't feel it was necessary to contact the owner since our stay was for just one night. Chose to not use the bathroom fan and then no longer had issues. Overall, would recommend the home, especially if needing easy access to DC.

We booked Matt's place for a work trip, attending meetings in different part of the city, and it was an outstanding experience. He was incredibly communicative, provided great recommendations about the H Street Corridor, and was friendly throughout. Highly recommend.
