设施齐全，位置便利，免费车库，卫生干净，住宿舒适。就是导航最后有偏差，寻找不易，好再与房东一直沟通，终于找到。房间宽大，有厨房、洗衣机，出行住宿好地方！

A pleasant two night stay at Nadia and Martin’s place. All was as described and the hosts were super helpful and quick to respond to our queries. The apartment is in a complex that backs onto the river with great public spaces and a super pleasant walkway into town.

The complex where was the apartment situated was quite new. For me the main benefit was the parking area under the complex, where you can park your car and forget about it, because the apartment has good location. In the Karlin neighborhood, there are lot of restaurants and caffes around and also if you are willing to stay in some "park" area, beyond is quite big space where you can spent som time with your child. If you are willing to go to the main tourist spots, you can walk there for about 20 mins, or you can use Metro, the station is really close to the apartment. Overal I deffinitely reccomending the place.
