We stayed here with 2 of our children for 1 night. The positives: very helpful staff member at check in/check out, very spacious apartment, well heated, easy walk to most popular spots in the CBD, great restaurants near by. The negatives: the apartment is very run down. The carpet is stained in multiple areas, couch is stained, smells heavily of cheap cleaning products (very unpleasant). The lift was broken, so we had to walk up and down to the 4th floor multiple times. Rubbish chute was broken so we had to carry our rubbish down the 4 flights of stairs. Overall, it was okay for a quick stopover but was a bit pricey for the quality of the apartment and have stayed in much nicer places for a similar price. Wouldn’t stay here for more than a night or 2.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was perfect. Reception were incredibly friendly.

I don’t think this site is being managed very well so despite us having a great time, it was very disappointing. There wasn’t a great deal to love about staying here apart from the location. We had to make our own beds when the configuration wasn’t as booked. We contacted reception and despite being told they would return our call, they had to be chased up by us. Considering this involved us going down to reception, despite the broken elevator along with a 5th floor room was a hidden exercise delight at 117 steps each way for the full 5 days. The decaying rodents in the walls contributed a pungent aroma that intensified if we dared to open the kitchen cupboards, and the freezer is so iced up that the fridge isn’t cooling right. There were clear signs of redecoration efforts in the fire exit hallways (!!) which we were forced to traverse due to no elevator, so hopefully things will start to improve, although I doubt we’ll be rushing back to check anytime soon.
