Our apartments in a family house can be found in the picturesque town of Božičany, which is located in the middle of a fisherman's paradise, several beaches and cycling trails in the close vicinity of the Ore Mountains.
Those who like to move around can reach the nearest pond or lake by bike within 15 minutes.
Runners will appreciate the beautiful treks along forest and cycle paths, where you can take circuits from 2 to 21 km. where there are also plenty of wild berry mushrooms in season.
We can say that it is a short drive from us to everywhere, because it takes 15 min to the center of Karlovy Vary. To Klínovec for skiing and flow-trail cycling it is 33 min. It is 21 min to the Plešivec ski slope and 15 min to Loket Castle.
If you are heading to the Karlovy Vary region for exploration or business, our apartments are almost in the middle of the whole region, which is a bit of a strategic location and can come in handy when planning.
You can expect a quiet, well-kept and picturesque village with warm locals.
For the active athlete, there is a top workout and soccer field 200m from the apartments, including children's climbing frames and refreshments. Peace and quiet will be provided by a forest park with a stream about 400m from the house.
Business and business travellers will find a post office around the corner from the apartment and there is a snack bar in front of the house with a decent selection and value for money.

From the centre of Karlovy Vary you can reach us by train, bus or taxi in 20 min.
The bus station is a 2-minute walk from the house and there are a few buses running even on weekends.
If you are driving, it is 10 minutes from the motorway on the E48 - E49 route via exit 136.
