整体居住体验非常不错，房东及时给予帮助并且提前告知一些突发情况。公寓距离地铁站非常近，周边也有很多设施。

L’esperienza è stata positiva; l’appartamento è corrispondente alle foto solo lievemente più piccolo ma è sempre così con le foto; le suppellettili così come descritte; comodo funzionale ben strutturato con spazi comodi nelle stanze; dining room lievemente piccola rispetto agli ospiti che eravamo (6) ma comunque comoda. Posizione comodissima; facilmente raggiungibile ogni destinazione. Lievemente rumorosa anche di notte ma credo sia la città sempre in movimento. Pronti ad una risposta per qualsiasi domanda e flessibili nel check in e check out. Sicuramente da consigliare e da ripetere per una nuova visita a NY.

Fantastic for family of 5 or more. Roomy for New York. Very comfortable. Easy to subway. All the amenities you need. Very easy to communicate with owner. Very responsive. Walkable to many sites to see. Would recommend to anyone but is a walkup with steep set of stairs. Deserves 5 stars.

Great location! Everything we wanted to do in the city was 20-30 min subway ride (without transfers)! Lots of sights were also walkable (Battery Park, Brooklyn Bridge, Trinity Church, 9/11 Memorial). Would definitely stay again! And will suggest to anyone coming to NYC! They allowed us to drop off bags 5 hours early and a late check out to accommodate our flights. Only small downside was the music that played almost 24/7 somewhere in the building. It’s somewhat quiet so we didn’t notice it during the day while moving around, but once you lay down to sleep you can hear it. Some of us slept with ear plugs or a sound machine and that did the trick!

My family had an enjoyable experience in Alberto's apartment. The location is super convenient with subway stations, many restaurants, and small markets nearby. The apartment has all the amenities you need and is spacious. Having a place large enough to accommodate my entire family made our stay even more meaningful and fun. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Alberto.
