You have the house, the private courtyard and just in front of the house, separate by the private courtyard, the big studio with private bathroom and toilet. 5 seconds to the house in the same private place, the whole is closed by a large portal which only you have access :) ( see photo. You can leave your teenagers there without any problem, they love). - 3 WC ( 1 separated toilet in the corridor on the first floor, 1 separated toilet in the grown floor, and the last is in the bathroom of the 3rd bedroom) - shampoo, shower gel, toilets paper... are included - We are opened to all the requests as long as we can do it. - This building is totally private. Only my guests are in it. It is extremely secure. Which is extremely rare in Paris. You can enjoy your holiday with peace of mind - Check in earlier and check out later free possible, make the request 1 week before your arrival (it depends on other reservations.) we can also keep you free of any charge your luggages before your arrival and after your departure :-) Very clean Guesthouse, cleaning is made before your arrival and directly after your departure. - According to French law the air conditioning system is automatic and not possible to adjust under the law temperature.
