Nice small apartment for 2 people. Close to the center of DC. Safeway in 5 minutes distance. Some nice restaurants closeby. A strong recommendation !

Very nice, clean, old, one-bedroom apartment. Third floor walk up with narrow staircase. Didn’t use the kitchen but it was clean and looked well-stocked with dishes and utensils.

Loved it and will be back! They hosts were warm and wonderful and super responsive. Tons to do in walking distance, coffee shops, restaurants and a Solidcore gym among others. Can’t wait to come back. They bed and sheets were extremely comfortable and I really enjoyed the bathroom and kitchen aesthetic. Def going to be my go to when I’m in town.

The management made it really easy for me to check in, stay and checkout. I felt very secure at this place knowing that I’ll get my questions answered as soon as I post them on the AirB&B messages. The unit was very serene and peaceful. Even though there are busy streets right outside, the noise was at its minimum, maybe due to the height of this unit. The mattress was more comfortable than any I have ever slept on. That shows how they don’t cut any corners on making their guests comfortable. If you are coming for something at the convention center and you have found this AirB&B open, please book it as soon as you can. Any reasonably priced accommodation cannot get any closer to the convention center than this. The unit I stayed in, was on the third floor and like I said, it was perfect for me in the sense of minimal noise and no one else crossing by my unit. The staircase was narrow but I was able to carry my luggage up and down in one trip so it was never a problem for me.

Nathan’s and Mischella's place was terrific. Located just a few minutes from Union Station (we took the train from NY so it was really easy to get to and from there) and the neighborhood was lovely. The place looks just like the photos posted by them, on the third floor of a really neat house. Checked in after 2pm, place was spotless and really helped us rest a bit after the chaos of visiting NY. We even left our backpacks in the foyer after the check-out time, so we could keep walking around without that extra weight. Would definitely recommend this place for any first time travelers to Washington that don’t want to spend a lot on really expensive places that don’t offer much more commodities.
