Newmark Downtown Gem With a prime location right in the heart of downtown Seattle, this elegant, light-filled condo in Newmark Tower offers spectacular views of the surrounding skyscrapers and the blue waters of Elliott Bay. It's a beautiful space to come home to whether you're traveling for work or looking to experience the Emerald City's many charms. Within the building, you'll have access to an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, a sauna, and a grilling area. If you head outside for a walk, you'll find that many of Seattle's most iconic attractions are mere steps away. Pike Place Market is just around the corner, while the surrounding blocks are home to fantastic shopping and great restaurants. You'll find the Seattle Aquarium, Waterfront Park, and the famous Seattle Great Wheel a quarter-mile west. Step inside to find a remodeled living space on one floor, where enormous picture windows and glass doors let in the commanding view (including a glimpse of Seattle's oldest skyscraper, the iconic Smith Tower). Make yourself at home amidst comfortable, contemporary furnishings, and kick back on the sofa in front of the wall-mounted TV. The full kitchen is equipped with polished stainless steel appliances, while the adjacent dining space features a glass-top table, plush chairs, and a stunning setting for at-home dinners overlooking the city. Bring your coffee or cocktails outside to the private balcony, leave the day's clothes to spin in the private washer/dryer, and retire to one of the bedrooms for the night - one with an en suite bathroom and another with direct access to the hallway bathroom. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. <b>Things to Know</b> Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. One of the bedrooms is separated from the living room by sliding pocket doors. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>This rental is located on floor 21. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. <br/>Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Our family of 4 had a great stay. We went every morning to the market to grab delicious baguette and pastries at Le panier and bought fresh fruits. After a long day of walk we could relax in the jacuzzi and swim in the pool. Everything was comfortable and clean. The only downside is all the noise at night coming from the streets. Homeless yelling and fighting, racing cars and sirens from the police and ambulances. Well what can we do. We are in the very center of downtown!
Parking lot was hard to find - you use the parking lot clearly labeled as Target’s but you go to the bottom floors (the instructions emailed did not mention Target, but said it’s a public style parking lot). So easy to get in and out and be walking around the downtown area. The windows let in awesome light and great views. It was a really nice space! Had almost everything we needed to make meals and clean up after ourselves. We appreciated the few laundry pods and extra rolls of toilet paper since we were there for 8 days. Staying directly above Target for groceries, having a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and parking included are great perks!
