Jessica and her husband are more than friendly and hospitable! A quiet but convenient place to live in with the tram station just 2-min walking distance and 30min’s tram to CBD. The stay is comfortable, especially speaking Cantonese with Rick and Jessica can make it like “a place call home”

40min (Tram) to city of Melbourne but it’s worth it because in the Airbnb it is outside the centre, so you can enjoy a quiet place, hosts are very kind and asking if I need anything else.

Jessica kindly upgraded me to a bigger/more private room because there was space and let me leave my big backpack at the airbnb after check out to collect later. This was really helpful and considerate. She had great communication and the room was clean and comfortable

I guess I'm a little bit upset or disappointed at what initially felt like a relaxed and bright space to occupy. After a few days my mind was pretty confused as to how wasteful it is sticky tape up an Oven and effectively board up a Stove-top, not because they aren't functioning but because no one is allowed to use them. So in this purpose built cottage for guests to stay something didn't go to plan and this is the result. To add to this discouragement of living autonomously I felt real anxiety over the lack of cutlery and crockery available and the strange state of what the hell was inside a drawer (that one would expect to see knives and spoon in, etc). Perhaps not a deal breaker for a couple of nights stay, but I was there long enough to see how it was affecting a long-term guest who's only method of cooking was the Toaster and his own Air Fryer. I believe this played a part in their unfortunate late-nite eating habits which disturbed my rest on multiple occasions. Shame.
