Leticia's place is private and well maintained! Leticia and her husband were very helpful to me. They let me extend my checkout time even though they were on a "time crunch" to welcome their next guests. I was on crutches, due to an accident, and they graciously helped me out to my car with my luggage. Wonderful place to stay. Wonderful hosts!

Great location, very nice and well thought out place with all the amenities you might need including a comfortable bed. Would highly recommend and stay again!

The room was exactly as pictured and there were clear instructions for a seamless check in/out process. The towels were some of the fluffiest I've ever used. I also greatly appreciated the bottles of water in the fridge as it was very hot out! not a bad drive to the Griffith Observatory and there's also a Porto's ~10 mins away. Parking was never an issue for me. Would recommend the stay!

Communication was great. The place was so nice... clean, safe, super cute and a perfect location for my needs. Parking was easy too! Perfect for a single traveler and way better than a hotel stay. I can't say enough good things about the cottage... just great...and Letty was so nice and made everything easy. Thank you!

Leticia’s lil cottage was so cute! They are super friendly and helpful. The space was nice and cosy. Perfect for one person. Great place to stay for business or leisure and would definitely book again. Also, parking is upper easy! Thank you!!
