Admire the beauty of Venice from the arched windows of this welcoming and spacious apartment which combines historical elements, such as wooden beams, and contemporary furnishings. From the large windows you can enjoy a beautiful view of the canal, crossed by gondolas, and of the typical Gothic buildings of Dorsoduro, the most authentic district of Venice, appreciated by artists and intellectuals of all ages; equipped with two bathrooms and every comfort, you will find books and art objects. The apartment has an open kitchen and a large living room area with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people downstairs. Upstairs there is a bedroom area with a king-size bed and a small office. Two baths with shower (one per floor). The windows have blinds for the night. Amenities include wifi, air conditioned, a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and TV. Bedding, towels, shampoo, bath foam, cooking equipment, are provided.

Piero’s apartment is perfect! Location is great- nice and peaceful and quiet but just a short walk away from all the places to visit in Venice. Check in was easy and Piero was very attentive and friendly to make sure we had checked in ok- this instructions were so helpful- would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here in or next trip to Venice!
Piero’s apartment was a beautiful and comfortable stay! Piero has all the information and details you need outlined in the apartment and a lot of thought was put into the preparation and layout of the space. Located in a quiet neighborhood, very comfortable, and full of all the amenities we needed - we were very happy in Piero’s space and would happily visit again.
Piero's place looked like the listing. We had some difficulties navigating around and would probably have benefited from being closer to the more touristy areas. There were restaurants very close by. My husband struggled with the lack of plugs, but I liked the decor, especially at night with the lighting. Overall, a good place.
We had a great time in this apartment. Piero is very nice and responsive.

The apartment is close to the long beautiful dock named "Zattere" on the Giudecca Canal, from where you can enjoy wonderful views and a stunning sunset over Venice while sipping a drink in one of the many typical bars. Also a few steps away from the apartment you’ll find a well-stocked supermarket, a bakery, a fresh fruit and vegetable shop. 15 minutes walking from the railway station, 10 minutes from Piazzale Roma (where the buses from airport arrive), 5 minute walk from the San Basilio water bus stop.
The Accademia Galleries and the Grand Canal are about 10 minutes away on foot, Piazza San Marco 20 minutes, while the vaporetto stop, with direct trips to San Marco, Murano and Lido, is 5 minutes away. A few steps from the apartment the splendid church of San Sebastiano, called "the Sistine Chapel of Venice", and San Nicolò dei Mendicoli, one of the oldest churches in Venice.
