The mews house was a great find. Beautifully appointed with everything you need for a long weekend. It is in a great location that is close to the city centre but in a peaceful area. Jen was very responsive and flexible and the food and wine she left for us were a lovely touch.

LOOK NO FURTHER! Jen's place is perfect if you want to have both peace walking along the river way, but also be close to the buzz of the city centre. The immediate neighborhood over the bridge is fantastic and we actually spent most of our time there. And Jen is not a super host. She's a phenomenal host! She was very accommodating to our early arrival and welcomed us with the most delicious pastries and cakes. When I asked where I could find more, she brought us another box! Even though the bakery was out of town! I was so touched by her thoughtfulness and consideration and would go back to her place in a heartbeat!

Apartment was an easy walk to Edinburgh Center, grocery store and restaurants, but in a quiet area. Close to Dean Village, Botanical Garden and Dean Cemetery. Jennifer was very helpful both before our arrival (with a discussion of things to do) and helping us settle into the apartment. I would recommend this space to anyone going to Edinburgh.

Our visit to the fringe was made all the more special by our stay at Jennifer's lovely mews cottage. The location was perfect being just a short walk to Princes street (7 or 8mins) and also close to some lovely walks along the river. Our double room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities, huge white towels and bathrobes all thoughtful touches which made a difference. Jennifer was very welcoming and a great hostess who gave us some good tips for getting around the city, places to visit and making the most of the fringe. Highly recommended and we will definitely visit again.
