Due to some unexpected family health issues, my arrival changed several times and Alyssa was kind, understanding and beyond helpful. I stayed here for a month and would have stayed for the duration of my trip had it been available. I HIGHLY recommend.

It was a great experience to spend a month at Alissa and Arthur’s place. They are super nice and helpful. The place had everything we needed, and it was close to the Burke-Gilman trail and the lake. We would highly recommend staying there!

I loved this little studio gem. The apartment is private and cozy; it's on top of a garage looking into trees. There's a full kitchen, comfy bed and living room situation. I did remote work at the living room table and never had any wifi problems. Laundry was very convenient - right under the house and everything you need is there. It's a lovely space and I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially because the hosts are so nice and responsive. I asked the first day if they had coffee and they provided some to my door the next day. Only notes is that it got very cold even when I turned the heat on, but it's winter in Seattle and everything was ok after I brought in a little space heater. The water is blessedly hot in the shower, but the water pressure wasn't great. Small details, and just be mindful this is a quiet neighborhood and you will probably need a car to get anywhere since the house is not walkable to any shops. If you're on the fence at all, just book!
