不用有什么期待！再也不会去第二次！这是体验感最差的爱彼迎房间！太气愤了！ 房东让人无法交流，具体如下： 1、歧视外国人 2、人生语言攻击 3、设备陈旧，马桶出问题，打电话找房东维修，房东不接电话，四小时才给予回复 4、房东未做好租房准备，并未完全介绍房间使用方法，导致第一晚上没有热水洗澡（房东未打开热水器，且4小时无法联系） 5、服务态度恶劣，对顾客进行语言攻击，各种骂脏话

Chiara的房子真的太棒了，不仅地理位置好，而且房子很干净很便捷，房东人超级好，很耐心的告诉我们如何抵达威尼斯住处，还到码头来接我们，帮我们一起拿行李入住，非常推荐Chiara的房子，床和被子以及设施都太棒了

Our host was perfect. From day one she was communicating and trying to understand our needs to help us best. This carried on until we left. The accommodation itself could not be better located. We were so central. The place was homely and comfortable. Our beds were comfortable and we got good nights’ sleep. Both bedrooms were air conditioned. There was noise from outside but it wasn’t a problem. You have to expect it in the very centre of the city. And window glazing is thick and good quality, plus shutters. The apartment had everything we needed. As others have mentioned, the hand held shower was unusual but we soon got used to it as quite a different relaxed way to wash. We felt especially grateful to our host for meeting us at the apartment when our plane was delayed, because it was quite late when we arrived. But she was smiling and helpful even at that late hour. We cannot recommend this place enough. It could not have been any better.

Chiara was very welcoming and a wonderful host. Whenever we had questions she was quick to answer. The place was a great size, in a fantastic location. We were very happy with our stay.

This is a beautiful and very spacious flat in a central location, though it's perfectly situated just outside of the hectic crowds which was a relief. The flat had everything we needed and more. The air conditioner wasn't working when we were there but it wasn't necessary- the only downside of having windows open was that there was some loud noise and music from the restaurant below but when windows are closed they provide adequate insulation from noise. We met up with Lucia when we arrived and that was probably the only challenging part of this airbnb. Our arrival time was difficult to pin down given long lines at the vaporetto and a delayed train, and Lucia had to wait some time for us at the flat. It was helpful but not essential to have someone show us the ins and outs of the building but we felt rushed and would have preferred a different check in process. But Lucia was very helpful with anything we had questions about during our stay!
