It is located on the Ground Floor of an elegant building in the beautiful "Celio" area. DESIGN, MODERNITY AND COMFORT IN THE HEART OF ROME: The apartment is just 250 meters from the Colosseum and has been just renovated (2023) with the usual attention to detail and the pursuit of comfort for our guests, with very nice and interesting design solutions. SAFE AND QUIET: The apartment, recently renovated, is decorated in a modern style. It is very quiet, with very good window frames with double glazing. THE APARTMENT CONSISTS OF: • A kitchen, equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances: - oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, glasses, dishes, etc... • a large Living Room with - Smart-led tv 50" - double sofa bed (140 x 190cm) • a comfortable Bedroom with - double bed (160 x 200 cm with memory foam mattress) - Smart-led Tv 42" • A design bathroom, equipped with: - beautiful walled shower - hair dryer, shampoo, and soap THE APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH: • Air conditioning in both rooms • Heaters for the winter • Free Wi-Fi • Memory foam mattress in the bedroom and very good mattress for the sofa bed • Professionally clean towels and sheets • Iron

Fantastic location. Walked past the Colosseum every day. Bus, metro, and taxi connections very close. Great restaurants all around the neighborhood. Comfortable bedroom and great shower. Andrea and staff were exceptionally helpful.
Wow if you want to be really close to the colosseo, don’t hesitate to book this place because it’s almost just right in front of it. So many good restaurants around and there’s even a 24 hr grocery store close by. Andrea was so responsive with any questions I had and the place was perfect for me and the hubby. Will recommend to friends and family!
Alloggio come descritto. Appena si esce si può ammirare il colosseo. Nessun problema di comunicazioni con massima disponibilità offerta da Andrea . Consigliato, spero di avere occasione di tornare.
Can’t beat the location. Open front door and your staring at the Colloseum. Beautiful. Andrea is very personable and responsive. Room exactly as advertised. Andrea provided a checklist that covers many anticipated needs and questions. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and prestigious areas of Rome, very close to the Flavio Amphitheatre (Colosseum), the Constantine Arch, and the wonderful and unique place of Fori Imperiali. All major attractions of the center of Rome are within walking distance: e.g Baths of Caracalla, Via Appia Antica, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Rione Monti, St. John Basilica, Trastevere, etc...
In addition to historical and cultural attractions, near the apartment, there are many cafes, bars, pubs, and restaurants, as well as 24HS supermarkets and shops.
ALL SERVICES JUST AROUND THE CORNER:
Nearby there are also numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, fast food and 2 very good supermarkets. One of these SUPERMARKET is 50 meters from the apartment and is open 24 HOURS A DAY.
PERFECTLY CONNECTED BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
You can easily reach any area of Rome, walking or using bus and metro (we are 2 minutes walking from Colosseum Metro Station).
The taxi Station is 100 meters far from the apartment, in Piazza del Colosseo.
