One-of-a-kind guesthouse wing with vintage 40’s vibe. Million $ views from every room. See video tour, google sydsfabulousguesthouse17 before booking. Hot celebrity hillside area is walking distance to great eateries, entertainment and shopping. Washer/Dryer in garage. Pool open Mid June-October. Property runs on 100% solar. EV charger available. Free 24 hour street parking. No tobacco smokers (weed ok outside). Some final deck work could be going on. This is an amazing upscale property! We live by the "bird streets" above Sunset and Doheny. Walk to Sunset Plaza for great dining and shopping. Stroll to the Beverly Hills Hotel for drinks and celebrity sightings. West Hollywood is just 2 blocks away! Gorgeous view too! The property is walled and gated for security.

Barbra was very helpful from the first day I booked. There was a lot of notes everywhere which helped us a lot. The view of Beverly Hills and Bel Air were great! The place was nice to relax in and it doesn’t take long for the place to go from hot to cold. Highly recommend and would definitely rebook next time I am in LA!!

This is an upscale celebrity enclave with everything from fabulous modern homes to charming South of France hillside architecture. Great exercise walking in the hills or close by famous hiking trails. Walk to the Beverly Hills Hotel for silver dollar pancakes or drinks at the Polo Lounge. Then hit Rodeo Drive for world-class shopping. West Hollywood has too many great shops, clubs/cafes to mention, discount shopping too! You might have a celebrity sighting. Contact me first if you have a pet.

You can catch a bus on Sunset and Doheny, or just take an UberX and get around with no hassle or big expense. and we are walking distance from restaurants, clubs, shopping, etc.
