三楼很吵

房源地理位置还不错，但是在3楼，楼梯狭小陡峭，拎着大行李上下楼很费力气。因为波士顿就是一座古老的城市，多数房源都不会有电梯，只能爬楼梯，年纪大的人建议慎重考虑。配套设施（尤其是厨房区域）过于简陋，在洗衣房里我们甚至找不到衣服洗涤剂，并且干衣机看上去老旧且滚筒内不是太干净，用手一擦有不少灰，因此入住期间我们没有启用洗衣机。 房源里的暖气设施太差，制暖不均衡，卫生间暖气不足，暖气通风口的噪音非常大，且出风口正对着卧室的床！通常出风口应该在远离卧室的天花板上，这样即使有噪音也不会对睡眠造成这么大影响。尽管房东送来耳塞、白噪音机……又送了两台小小的取暖机，但是几乎没有帮助，最终我们选择了在夜间关闭暖气。

It took about 3 seconds to feel right at home at Steven's place. My mom had made the booking for me and although she herself had never stayed there, she assured me it was 'lovely'. I fumbled a bit getting in - my own fault entirely as I had been awake 48 hrs and didn't read the instructions properly in my fatigued state. Once that was sorted I walked into the most beautiful unit I have seen in a long time, with air conditioning that totally made me forgot how brutal Boston's summer can be. Just beautifully furnished and it actually had a personality. I am hoping to have many reasons to stay at this lovely apartment again and am going to book at least a month in advance next time. Thank you Steven (and mom for booking it) - it was superb!

This apartment is well furnished, comfortable, and has a lovely private roof deck. The location cannot be beat, just a quick walk to Fenway and right on BU’s south campus. Finding free street parking was easy for a weekend stay, but M-F most of the surrounding area has two hour limits on street parking. There are two flights of steep stairs to access the apartment, but nothing out of the ordinary for a Boston brownstone. Host was helpful and responsive.
