This is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at! I definitely enjoyed my stay so I’m sure that you will too :) Francois is a great host, he’s very welcoming and friendly. As for the house itself, it’s exceptionally clean and the view that overlooks Nice is incredible. I would 100% recommend this place. Unfortunately I only stayed for 2 nights but I wish I could’ve stayed for 100😔 if I ever come back to Nice in the future, I will come back to this bnb without a doubt!

Quite simply, this is probably the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The fact that it is a bit away from the main city centre and on top of a hill - guarantees spectacular views of the valley and is sooo green and peaceful that I would look forward to going back to the Airbnb every day! Francois is a gem and a wonderful host. The bathroom with a lovely bathtub with an adjacent fish tank made bathtime a cozy experience every day. Especially after a long day of sightseeing and being on my feet. I could ramble on about what a nice time I had here while in Nice, but don't think I could quite put it all into words - The tastefully done villa, the beautifulllll outdoor pool and lounge area overlooking the valley, the mega comfortable bed and the perennially spring-perfumed air - Made this an unforgettable experience. 10/10 would go back again!

Francois-Xavier’s place is perfection! Overlooking Nice with beautiful day and night views. Spacious, clean accommodation. It is so peaceful to be away from the city in the winding mountains of Nice! You will enjoy every minute of your stay.

Every good review says the host was great, but actually, really, truly, these two genuinely care. Let me explain: My fiancé got a flu, and they prepared a little “health boost” plate of fresh strawberries and hot tea, and would have made soup if she said yes. Honestly they would have taken us to the hospital if it was necessary. It’s not only a beautiful property, it is genuine hosts and a safe, happy vacation spot. And to think, we almost chose something else on our first visit. Glad I didn’t miss meeting these two or this spot.
