Studio apartment with own entrance in quiet Kensington street. The studio has an en suite bathroom, an en suite kitchenette and access to a small garden area. It is located within a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, Kensington Palace Gardens (Hyde Park). High Street Kensington tube station 7 minutes walk and 10 minute walk to Gloucester Road tube station. Parking is available and chargeable at £20/night. COVID-19 SPECIAL: We provide anti-bacterial soap, anti-bac disinfectant plant-based spray, suitable for all hard surfaces and hand sanitiser. We change mattress and pillow protectors and steam mattress after every booking. CONTACT-FREE ENTRY – We provide a contact-free access to the studio with a lock box located just outside the entrance and check in support via video doorbell. FAST BROADBAND - Virgin wi-fi with strong even signal throughout the studio. SMART TV & NETFLIX - Sony TV with Roku box. All live terrestrial channels such as BBC, Sky, ITV, Channel 4, 5, Film 4, etc accessible via TV Player App, individual apps for on demand TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming apps also available; FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN - here you will find a Nespresso coffee machine with recyclable coffee pods, induction hob, microwave/ oven, kettle, sandwich grill, fridge and blender. We provide tea, coffee, herbal teas and basic cooking condiments, spices & herbs; COMFORTABLE BED: The 200cm x 220 cm (UK super king /US king) pocketspring mattress has a goose down and feather mattress topper, and hotel quality bedlinen (our guests always highlight how comfortable the bed is!) ROOM DARKENING BLINDS to ensure a good night’s sleep; SMART HEATING - is regulated with Honeywell thermostat so we make sure the studio is nice and warm but saving energy at the same time; CHARGERS AND ADAPTERS – A triple USB charger and adapters are provided. VEGAN FRIENDLY TOILETRIES - our shower gel, hand soap and hand lotion are from my son’s New York based scent company, Olfactory NYC , all in recyclable bottles. All products are cruelty free and not tested on animals; SUMMER COOLING – The studio is equipped with a portable air conditioner ( for the 2-3 days a year that it is needed!) and a stand up fan. Guest access Entire studio is solely for guest use. NEW COVID-19 ACCESS ARRANGEMENTS: For the safety of our guests and cleaning staff we block 24hrs between bookings to comply with new regulations for hosts who conform to Airbnb Enhanced Cleaning Routines. CHECK IN: Full access from 2pm min 24hrs after last guests checkout. EARLY CHECK IN: Please contact me if you require an early check in. It is usually possible to accommodate early check ins. LUGGAGE DROP OFF: FREE Luggage drop off on the day of arrival, however if the cleaner is still inside, please let the cleaner wheel in the luggage. Please do not come in when the cleaners are in. LATE CHECK OUTS - May be arranged ONLY if next guests are arriving 24hrs after your departure. BAG STORAGE ON DEPARTURE - you can leave your bags until your departure by the door inside the apartment. Once you have packed and left luggage for the day, please do not use the studio after 11am so that we can comply with 24hrs buffer between bookings. Alternatively we recommend Bag BnB which charges £5 per bag for whole day and stores are all over London. We will send you the link once you book. COVID-19 ADDITIONAL HYGIENE & SAFETY: For your own protection, please wipe your luggage with anti-bacterial wipes (provided) before bringing it into the apartment. Hand sanitizer will be provided by the door at the entrance. Please use every time you enter the apartment. Shoes must be left inside by studio entrance. Please do not walk in shoes inside the studio please.
