Javier的公寓非常好，百年公寓但进行了现代化的时尚装潢，家俱古老而有艺术气息，设施一应俱全，尤其是惊人的房间面积，太大了，地处安静的高级社区，离市中心景点很近很方便，非常喜欢，强烈推荐，希望有机会再次入住。唯一遗憾的是入住需要等待房东到来当面交钥匙而耽误了一些时间，其它的几乎完美。

I very rarely give a five star review. Javier’s property was better than the pictures! It was easy to live in and was in a fantastic part of the city! Barcelona pricing is super reasonable so it was a great value. They could use more supplies in the kitchen, but we planned to eat out anyway, so that wasn’t an issue for us, but keep in mind if you plan to cook at home. The master bedroom is grand. One item to note, if you have any mobility limitations, you might have someone else stay in that room, because of the sunken floor. There is a step up to the bed, and a step up to the shower and sink. Javier himself greeted us and gave us instructions. He was super kind and friendly. We had one issue and he handled it professionally and took care of everything. We will look for other properties he owns and hope to come back to this location specifically and have recommended it to friends. We had an amazing trip and this Airbnb was a fantastic property.

Stunning apartment in middle of everything. Cafes, transportation, large supermarket all within a block or two. Gorgeous apartment, perfect for our family trip

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was much bigger than what it looked in the pictures, and a lot more bright.

This is a very nice apartment, the pictures of the listing are accurate but somehow we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of the place.
