We really enjoyed our stay at Ginkgo House. It was so conveniently located and easy to find. They were very responsive and so friendly. They had coffee/tea, fruit and other snacks that was much appreciated. The room had 2 chairs, a bed, a bathroom, a desk, and a place for clothes. It literally all we needed - perfect! We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. We also met some lovely people in the common areas. Nancy also was our direct contact and was great to work with during our stay. Thank you!

The Gingko House was a beautiful space and I enjoyed my time here. Both Lance and Nancy are very nice hosts and very responsive. The house is not your typical Airbnb house though - it is a 17 room boutique hotel with communal living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms. Some rooms have personal bathrooms, but not all rooms so if you'd like your own bathroom, make sure you choose a room with that available.

It does not say when you book the room! But they offer to do laundry for you!!! That was amazing! And if you stay for a period of time, it could be free!!! My only recomendattion is maybe you could consider adding a TV in some rooms if not in all. I had a great time in Boston!! And Lance’s place was a main part of it!! Thanks!!!!
