I have extended my stay with Jason because the place is clean quite nice walkable area many choices of foods and entertainment. Transportation is located close train to the city and express bus service also the host is always available .

Pros: The check-in process was easy. Jason had good communication throughout my entire stay and helpful to solve any inconvenience. Great location; very safe neighborhood and close to the N/R subway station and grocery store. The room had everything you needed: AC, desk/chair, good bed, closet, lamps, nightstand, fan. The balcony had a good view, although it lacked a chair at least. Cons: In the beginning he wanted us to do the cleaning (I guess no cleaning fee meant that), but due to lack of commitment from other roommates this was impossible to do (other roommates might not be as clean), so he ended up doing the cleaning every now and then. Lacking kitchenware; needs more pans and bowls (we were using only 1 pan with a broken handle). Needs to get rid of old food/bathroom supplies from past guests; there were lots of food in the pantry/refrigerator, and personal items in the bathroom that belonged to past guests, which made it difficult to find available space sometimes.

This was real nice place with balcony which would be even more great in the warmer months! Good location too!

Jason is very responsive, and helps to correct things. their was another guess who wasn't obeying rules. like didn't want to clean up after himself. But Jason did his best to resolve the issues... I enjoyed the quietness....
