We really enjoyed staying in WILBY Residence. The location is very convenient to movie around city . MRT Stations very near by with lot of food options.The property has well maintained . But the breakfast was really poor , was expected breakfast menu something like hotels but it was served as packed meal .. Disappointed….. Even though we have paid total bill in upfront at the time of booking , but the reception was demanding for refundable security deposit of S$500. The same was not there in BNB description . Also apartment cleaning not every day , it wa on alternate days , staying with kids makes the room messed up every day .

Great communication. Easy to find. Responsive desk staff. Breakfast included which was pretty good. Gym is reasonable, with towel service and clean. Apartment was nice, as advertised. We did not cook there, just reheated food, and it worked fine for that. They cleaned the apartment and changed linens every couple days and there is an option to skip linens if desired for environmental reasons. The washing machine is standard front loading. The dryer is unusual - use the bathroom as a drying chamber which they said is adopted from Japan, and worked fine in our experience. Garbage disposal was easy through a chute down the hall, and the staff lent us umbrellas. Location is excellent, close to Sun Tec and the conference we were attending , but also malls, hotels, restaurants, and the fantastic public transport system. We did not use the business center but it looked nice. I forgot an article in the apartment when we left and they are mailing it. Above and beyond!Would stay here again

Very convenient location, free breakfast was decent. Definitely recommend over hotels in the area.
