No privacy. Room was small and no clean towels. And bathroom was hard to figure out.

It was our 50th anniversary trip so had planned for two years and they helped us at every turn to have a wonderful time...accurate description of restaurants, of travel methods and of safety methods we could apply. And I should mention our room, which was clean and comfortable and included a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower as well as open use of their 10th floor terrace which included many Odile's beautiful plantings. But of all things, it was their genuine "friendliness" in making us feel welcome and should we ever return to Paris, there in no other place we would wish to stay.

Great location near the metro with excellent Eiffel Tower views. You can also see Sacre Coeur and dome of Napelon's Tomb. The beds were very comfortable with clean, ironed sheets. The breakfast was excellent, always served at the time most convenient for us. Odile made sure to accommodate my GF diet and provided juice and tea or coffee and a mini fridge to store our goodies. There was access to a microwave and an area to sit and have a bite, or a drink. Our host's were very friendly and gracious. The room had it's own climate control. The bath had plenty of hot water and good water pressure and a hand held sprayer and rain shower. The size of the room and bath was perfect for 2 people. We stayed for 9 nights and they did some laundry for us which was much appreciated. Be aware the sunrises at 5:30 am and sets at 10:30pm in June. This may impact your ability to sleep as the space is bright. We were very happy with this accommodation. Metro is the M8 Felix Favre (or M10 Charles Michael).

Nobody I have ever met has ever been more welcoming of strangers like Odile and Armel. They are full of life, and it shows in every aspect of their beautiful home. The view from the balcony is incomparable, and it's just far enough from touristy areas to feel comfortable and local and private. I cannot wait to come back if given the chance.
