Barbara was an excellent host and her place was clean and convenient. I could self checkin and checkout, and Barbara supplied everything I needed and more for my stay. I felt like I was having a genuine Airbnb experience.

Barbara's place was the perfect location for my SF visit; it was walkable to my friends and local shops/restaurants in the Richmond and clear/helpful directions were provided for everything. It was a quiet location with zero street noise; however, being a basement suite, you can hear everything going on above (walking, talking, etc.), but silent at night. You can tell how much effort Barbara puts into making you feel comfortable, from a sweet breakfast spread to great personal care touches in the bathroom, you'll definitely have anything you could ever need for your stay. The decor is lovely and comfortable and the bed is absolutely dreamy. My only concerns was that on one evening, I could smell exhaust or engine smell I assumed was coming from the adjacent garage. An open window overnight took care of it. Still, I would definitely recommend it, even as a hypervigilant solotraveler, I felt completely safe in this cozy spot. Thank you so much!
