We stayed for a month and had everything we needed. Kitchen is fully stocked, easy to make meals or heat up take-out. The place is very quiet with easy access to the J muni line. Ed is a great host and the apartment is wonderful.

I really can’t say enough nice things about Ed and Sunny and their cozy cottage. They were so friendly and laid-back and we always felt like we had privacy. They even came to one of my performances when I invited them! The place itself is in a wonderful neighborhood and is very walkable. There are several great restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. The best part of all was the convenience of the J stopping right in front of the building. We stayed for 2 months with our 16 month old and never needed a car to get around. Our daughter enjoyed walking on the slow street one block away every morning and the great playground just around the corner. Wonderful place, hosts and neighborhood. You can’t go wrong staying at Ed and Sunny’s.

Great location, clean apartment and good kitchen. Perfect for a small family! Ed was an excellent host; super nice and sent good tips and links. I highly recommend!

Ed and Sunny provide a beautifully designed home, with a well-equipped kitchen and first floor space. The second floor has two skylights that provide wonderful light and air when the day gets warm. Location is truly close to good public transit and very walkable.
