This small private house is located on the edge of the historic center of Florence, near the station, Lungarno and the main roads which connect the city center to the airport and the highways. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a full size sofa bed, one bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. It is located within the garden of the main house and has free private parking. The guests can park inside the private garden exactly in front of the door. CIR 048017LTN0377 The house is located in the private garden of the main house where I live with my family. It consists of a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, where I can add a cot for children up to 3 years. The young guests will also find a high chair and can play in the garden where there's a playhouse and a swing. In the living room there is a sofa bed that once opened is a full size bed, where an adult or two children can comfortably sleep. In the kitchen there is an oven, stove, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. All linens are provided and are sterilized and fresh. Reserved area in the garden. Laundry room in the garden.

整个街区都在比较安全的地方，房子私密性也很好。整体布置很温馨，进去就能闻到香薰的味道，让人感觉很清爽干净。房子离市中心也比较近，每天沿着河道散步去市中心，感觉特别棒。下次来佛罗伦萨旅游我还会首选这个房子😊

停车方便，主要对面在施工，早上7点左右就有声音了，其他整体不错！

从罗马自驾过来，在这个房间住了两晚，很乐意向大家推荐： 1. 房子闹中取静，在一个幽静的院子里面。也方便停车。 2.床睡的很舒服，厨房和洗手间的用具很好，非常适合家庭出游。 3.离圣母百花大教堂步行十分钟左右可达，不远处有家乐福。 4.房东很热情，有问必答。

Federica是一位非常热心的女士，我们自驾去她家的时候担心进入ZTL区被罚，因此请求她开车带我们进来她欣然接受，这个必须点赞！她对我们帮助和入住的注意，以及提供物品都很到位。屋子就在她家人住的别墅旁边，看上去应当属于富人区，她家里还有女佣呢，所以屋子很安静，入住很放心，停车也放心。屋内和照片基本一样，干净，有两个房间，有什么欠缺的物品和她沟通很快就解决了。不足的是，门和门锁陈旧，淋浴间真的很小，身材强壮的转不过身来。

It was a nice location in Florence to stay, near by the main attractions. However, the bed, linen and towels were very old and washed-out. The bed was really uncomfortable and we had back pain the day after. Frederica was nice and communication went well. If you are searching for some private place where the host doesn’t interact with you so much, than it is the right place. You can park your car directly in front of the house. That was really nice and secure and was the reason for booking this apartment. Overall it was okay, price was okay for Florence, but highly to much in comparison to other apartments I have stayed so far. If you are coming by car to Florence and are searching something near the city, I would recommend this apartment.

The house is located in the private garden of the main house in a 19th-century residential district in the historic center. It's close to the Fortezza da Basso, Leopolda, Cascine Park, and some of the most important places of interest in Florence. Once you arrive at the guest house you can safely park your car in the private lot and reach the city center and all the main attractions 10 min on foot. There's also a bus stop close to the house and shuttles to Fortezza da Basso if you come for fairs

Guests can walk around the city conveniently on foot, everything is very close: convenience stores and supermarket at 20 / 50mt, historic center and Santa Maria Novella Station, 10 minutes away. Even Fortezza da Basso for guests who come to Florence to visit the fairs is very close to 10 minutes away and usually the shuttles depart just behind the house from Piazza Vittorio Veneto 50 meters away. For guests wishing to go around the beautiful countryside around Florence, Chianti and Mugello, the best choice is definitely to get in the car. You can park your car free of charge right in front of the front door!
