This building is special. Situated atop an art studio dedicated to large scale works of art, the residences support the mission of Mad Art. One of ten 2-story lofts, this features 750sqft (70 meters square), plus a deck and access to a communal roof deck with BBQ. This luxurious loft designed by Graham Baba is a work of art. Polished concrete floors throughout, walnut cabinetry and built-ins, blackened steel wall accents, exposed steel structure, natural fir ceiling and exquisite bath and kitchen fixtures express a wholly Northwest material palette. WiFi throughout serving WaveG 1GB internet speeds and 4k TV with Amazon Fire TV. You have the run of the place! There are plenty of open closets free for you to use. I always unpack completely when traveling and I encourage you to do so! South Lake Union (SLU) is the center of Seattle's tech and biotech industries during the day. Have a relaxed evening at a great boutique restaurant or bar. It's walkable in every direction to Seattle's great destinations including the Space Needle. The SLU Seattle Streetcar (inbound) stops directly in front of the building. Hop on and get connected to Link Light Rail all the way to the airport or catch a bus to Capitol Hill, Ballard or Queen Anne. South Lake Union is a hotbed of construction activity and although there is nothing currently happening next to the building, the area is alive with workers during the day. 这是一个非常好的房子，去博物馆，逛街都不远。房间设施齐备，提供的洗浴品牌很好。旁边的pizza 很好吃。房东再三告知，停车不方便，的确如此，不建议开车。
这是目前我们遇到的最满意的房子，或者这更像是我们在西雅图的一个家，虽然只有短短五天，但是非常难忘。 从机场过来可以坐link直接到westlake站下车，然后需要再换乘，当然也可以直接走过来不过需要大概10-15分钟吧。 房子位于downtown，旁边是亚马逊公司，走路到派克市场和太空针塔都不算远。 非常享受房间的设计风格，空间运用完美并充满艺术性。厨房有一整套完善的用具，可以自己做饭甚至调制鸡尾酒。二楼还有洗衣机干衣机，可以解决旅途中的小烦恼。 浴室里则是全套的kiehls用品，床品也极其舒服。 顶层还有一个公共空间，可以BBQ，可惜下雨没有好好享受。 房子很便利，楼下有很多咖啡馆及餐厅，味道很不错，不远处还有美国最大的有机连锁超市whole foods。 最后要对房东表示感谢，虽然之前因为网络问题沟通有些不及时，但是他还是第一时间联系了我们，并提前让我们把行李放在房间里了，而且在走的时候也贴心的让我们可以把行李留在房间到三点。 总之在这里我们度过了一个难忘的假期！
Very nice open space with huge wall of windows. Was nice to have electric blinds to cover them in the morning. Very pleasant stay, Seattle was gorgeous.
Absolutely fabulous loft - we pretended it was ours for a few days. Immaculately presented in a great location around Lake Union. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
Great location with many cool restaurant options. Easily walkable to downtown and the waterfront, but electric scooters and bikes are also available to rent on most streets. Even though the location is right in front of a bus stop, it's very quiet at night. Because the bedroom is located in a loft, hot air rises, so it did take nearly 24-hours for the loft to cool down at night. The bedding is also quite warm, so if you're someone who needs a cool environment for sleeping, I'd keep that in mind. Overall, a nice space.

Travel is my primary hobby and I try to do so at least once/month. I live in Seattle, WA where I work in the real estate industry. I love walkable cities, picturesque landscapes and lush gardens. I try to visit as many museums as possible wherever I am. I am not afraid to travel alone and have done so extensively, but I also have a few groups of friends that I travel really well with.
