Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories. We live locally, so if you have any issues during your stay we will do our absolute best to address them and ensure your stay is wonderful. Our home is cozy yet feels very spacious, with an open plan and massive floor to ceiling windows in the living areas and bedrooms. The views are quite simply, the most spectacular you will find anywhere in Queenstown! Our large deck features two reclining lounges and a cute table and chairs. The views will blow your socks off! You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets. Relax after a day skiing or hiking, or sit in the luxurious Eames chair or on the large comfy couch and chill with a glass of amazing local NZ wine. Sky TV and unlimited wi-fi are available to enjoy at no additional charge. Our home has two very comfortable bedrooms...a perfect holiday retreat for families or two couples. BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Size Bed Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds that can be zipped together to form 1 Super King Size Bed *Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on. A portable cot and high chair are available on request at no additional charge. We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it responsibly. We provide an exceptionally clean home and the highest quality 5-Star hotel grade linen and towels along with high quality memory foam pillows for all beds. Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties. A maximum of 4 guests allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25. We have an identical house to this one right next door, with the exact same size, finish and furniture... ideal for larger groups who want to stay close together, yet have privacy as well. Please note that over the Christmas to New Year period, there is a minimum of five nights booking required.
