Located in the heart of Downtown, close to shopping, dining and supermarkets. Easy Skytrain access, free underground parking, Shaw GiG WiFi and more! *** This rental requires 90 days minimum. With floor-to-ceiling windows, an open concept floor plan, and high ceilings, this suite has a bright and airy atmosphere. Once inside, you’ll be welcomed to a beautifully lit living area that overlooks the North Shore Mountains and surrounding cityscape through the floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall windows. And those spectacular views can be fully enjoyed wherever you are, whether you’re lounging on the comfortable sectional in front of the 180° swivel-mounted 4K smart TV, enjoying a meal with friends and family at the dining table for 4 or whipping up a treat in the gourmet kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has been built with a contemporary feel shown through the beautiful soft close wooden cabinetry and sleek two-tone countertops. Top of the line stainless steel appliances, and additional cooking utensils (including a microwave, toaster, pots and pans, Vitamix E310 & immersion hand blender, drip coffee maker and two French press coffee pots w/ grinder, electric kettle, rice cooker and loads of dishes, plus complimentary coffee & tea) have this kitchen fully stocked and ready for any at home chef. The kitchen island is another welcome design element when entertaining, and also provides a convenient space for casual meals or that quick morning coffee. A third and fourth bar stool are stored inside the apartment for seating up to 4 people. BEDROOMS - Both bedrooms offer plenty of relaxing space and feature large, comfortable beds with crisp linens, a mix of memory foam and down/feather pillows, black-out roller shades and contemporary decor. The master bedroom has the added luxury of a walk-in closet. Upon request, the second bedroom can be converted into an office space. BATHROOMS - The en-suite bathrooms feature glass enclosed bath and shower units, large, well-lit Starphire Glass and Mirrors, cascading rain head with 2 massaging inset body jets in the master bathroom and a deep soaker tub with integrated shower in the second bathroom. EXTRA GUESTS - An additional twin-size folding bed with memory foam mattress is available and can be used in the common area. All in all a party of up to 4 can be accommodated. AMENITIES - The condo comes with ultra-high-speed wireless internet (Shaw Gig WiFi), built-in air conditioning, 2 hair dryers, iron/ironing board, on-site gym facility and secure underground parking for 1 vehicle immediately adjacent to the building (max. clearance 7'2"). The laundry room is located 10 ft down the hall and there are 4 washers and dryers that are free to use. Laundry soap is provided in the apartment. All linens & towels are included in your stay. Access to popular streaming platforms including Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, YouTube, AppleTV+ and Crave is available via the smart TV. Access to Netflix and cable TV is provided. Available upon request: pack n' play crib and high chair. ___________________________________________________________________ From our Downtown building you can walk to some of the most exciting places Vancouver has to offer. Here is a sneak preview: Within a handful of minutes, you can easily walk to dozens of restaurants, cafes and local attractions. The famous 42 km/26 mile Sea Wall which goes all the way around Vancouver is a 10 minute stroll from your door. You can take the Aquabus (our walk on ferry) across False Creek to get to one of Vancouver's best tourist spots – Granville Island where you can visit the public market, listen to live music, eat some great food or simply stroll and view all the beautiful items made by our local artists; Within a 5 minute walk, you can get to the Pacific Centre Shopping Mall and beautiful Robson Street; Within a 15 minute walk, you can get to historical Gastown, Chinatown, the new Convention Centre, the West Coast Express Train and the walk-on Seabus which takes you to North Vancouver. Public transit is right outside your door and a 5 minute walk takes you to the Sky Train Station which will take you to the International Vancouver Airport (YVR) in 25 minutes. If you want to explore Cypress Mountain, Grouse Mountain or the Capilano Suspension bridge, they are only a half hour drive away. If you want a breath taking ride on the gorgeous Sea-to-Sky Highway, it will take you to Whistler in 75 minutes.

장점 호스트 최고 / 건물 위치 괜찬음 / 생활 필수품들 준비 잘 되어 있음 / 여름에 에어콘도 있어 아주 좋았음 단점 주차장이 같은 건물에 없음 / 세탁기 및 건조기가 집안에 없고 같은층에 있는 다른집들과 세탁실 공유해야함

The apartment has a walk score of 100% which shows you how central we are. Unique shops and restaurants makes this a great place to gather with friends & family or take care of business meetings. It is next to the Downtown Vancouver Business district with very easy access to the rest of the City. The Sea Wall, which is only a 10 minute walk away, connects you to Stanley Park, or towards the False Creek Sea Wall. False Creek ferries take you around for a scenic ride and for more exploration! Convenient public transportation makes this neighborhood an ideal living space for people who like to explore the City.

出行信息

If you need it there are major bus routes two blocks over on Granville Street (to UBC/Granville Island/West 4th/West Broadway etc). The Canada Line to the airport is just a couple of blocks away, as well as the nearest Skytrain station. Walk to Yaletown and catch the Aqua Bus to Granville Island. Taxis are frequent and can be flagged down. Maps and guides will be available in the apartment upon arrival.
