Se cercate un luogo piacevole e tranquillo nei dintorni di Firenze immerso nel verde della Toscana questo è il posto che fa per voi. L’alloggio è stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di una antica stalla all’interno di una casa colonica situata a pochi metri da vigne e ulivi. Per raggiungere la Casa Rosa dovrete percorrere circa 1 km di strada privata dalla viabilità del Galluzzo, è quindi consigliabile avere una macchina o usufruire di un servizio taxi. In alternativa possiamo venire a prendervi al Galluzzo con la nostra auto. La casa è composta da: • un’ampia stanza con cucina ben attrezzata, un tavolo da pranzo e due divani con tv. • una camera con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno annesso. • una camera con due letti singoli (trasformabili in un letto matrimoniale) e un bagno annesso.

Belle maison bien aménagée. Au calme et proche de Florence. Belle nature et les facilités de la ville toute proche (commerce et restaurant). Nous recommandons cette location !
Gianni is the kindest host I have ever met. He was helpful and supporting in absolute every way. His apartment was very tidy and neat and quite luxurious set up. It had everything one could imagine for a stay in Firenze. It is situated slightly uphill with a marvelous view on the surrounding area thus calm, very green yet close to the city center. I never experienced a more perfect stay. Gianni gave us such a warm and welcoming feeling and let us use the beautiful garden. It is also recommended if you have one or two kids, because there is so much space. We could also buy olive oil made directly from his own trees growing on the area. What a great memory we have now! Gianni is quickly responding don’t hesitate getting in touch with him!
Lovely place at 15’ from Firenze-centre in the countryside. Charming garden with terrace and nice view on the hills. Gianni is kind and will warmly welcome you. Place suited for families 2+2. Galluzzo, small city at short distance, you’ll find every morning the best vegetables, fruits and local dishes (great pesto ever...). If no choice (...), big supermarket is also there...
This is a wonderful place to stay. Five minute walk to the town of Galluzzo where buses run into Florence regularly, it’s only a 15 minute bus ride. Great place to base yourself if you have a car and want to see Tuscany as well as visit Florence. The home itself is beautiful full of personal touches, including Gianni’s wife’s artwork and it has beautiful outlook. Gianni was extremely hospitable, sharing wine, olive oil and vinegar made from his grapes and olives. He kindly drove us into town when leaving. Cannot recommend this Airbnb enough, one of our best accommodations so far. Thanks Gianni.

Percorrendo 1 km di strada privata, si arriva al Galluzzo, piccola località alle porte di Firenze, dove troverete negozi di ogni tipo: super mercati, farmacie, bar, gelaterie, pizzerie, alimentari, mercerie. C'è anche un parco con giochi per bambini. Tutte le mattine c’è un mercato in Piazza Acciaiuoli, con prodotti alimentari di ogni genere: frutta e verdura di stagione e prodotti locali bio.
L’abitazione dista 5 km dal centro di Firenze, raggiungibile in 15 minuti se vi spostate in macchina. La fermata dell'autobus più vicina dista 1 km di strada privata dall'abitazione e le linee per il centro sono l'11 e il 37.
