第一，定的时候看到的是整套房源，确认的时候没有看，给我们的是3间房，虽然大但是不实用，只能怪自己没看清，加了一间房3000泰铢一晚上，坑得没谁。 后来问了爱彼迎的客服，我们看到的是5间独立房间，但是房东太坑了。。。 第二，开始给我们离得很远的一间房子空调坏了，跟房东沟通，意思是不行就退，沟通不好，后来换了一间隔壁的房间，空间更大，为什么开始安排的不是一起的房子。不能理解，总之是坑。 第三，房子很偏，离市区很远，出行基本靠打车，别墅外面一公里内的环境很差。到外面的小超市走路大概10分钟。 第四，房子没有清洁，住了三天，没有人打扫，没有换浴巾，房东说收取的清洁费是离开后的一次性清洁，这点很不能理解，与之前住的每天清洁房子差距太大了，不满意。选择房子一定要选择超赞房东。 第五，有一间房子有猫，晚上两点钟，在楼板上跑过去跑过来，大晚上的很吓人了，跟房东反应了，房东说没有养猫，可能是流浪猫，房东反应速度很快，马上让人去查看，第二天没有出现过这种情况。 第六，离开的那天，我们把行李放在他家，出去买东西，有个小朋友和奶奶留在那边，房东给他们准备了午餐

What a gem this place is and what an even better host Tatinut (aka Sugar) was to our group!! We came for a team-building weekend and a time to spend as foreigners in Thailand. The group was a mixed group with some singles and some families and Angelo Family Villas was the perfect setup for our group. Everyone had a room that was great for their needs as well as comfortable and large. We were able to using the Lounge area each day for our meetings and it fit us perfectly. We could order Thai Tea and Coffee and have special touches to our breaks. Sugar provides an amazing little breakfast and it was a nice start to our day. There is also a small basket provided each day with some snacks, coffee pods, water, etc to take to the rooms and use in the small kitchens in each room. The best part of all is the overall decor of the entire bed and breakfast. The tiles are fantastic and give Sugar's place such a unique atmosphere. There are also pictures everywhere that her husband has made, and several were even done within the last month or two. I saw one depicting the current event of the fire in Notre Dame in Paris. I wanted to buy several of the paintings - which was possible but I didn't have the luggage space to get them home!! The location is also very nice. It is not central but it is in a quiet neighborhood. The 7/11 is a short walk or you can ride the bicycles provided for free. You could also get a Grab Cab 10 minutes to the Lat Phrao station and from there connect all over Bangkok. JJ Mall/Weekend Market is also nearby for those who love local shopping in Bangkok. Bottom line - everyone in our group was so excited by the accommodations for our time in Bangkok. I highly recommend Sugar's Angelo Family Suites. It really is as amazing as the pictures on Airbnb show. You will not be disappointed!!

I hosted a 5 day work training event at Khun Tatinut's house for 7 of my staff from around the world and it did not disappoint. We had ample meeting spaces and breakout/work areas plus super comfortable rooms with all you could desire for a restful stay. The creative design of the property with the tiles/mosaics and thoughtful finishing touches made the vibe perfect for team building and innovative thinking. There is also a cafe on site too so we were able to order Thai iced teas and coffees whenever we wanted (added bonus!). On top of this, Khun Tatinut herself is just a really nice and caring person. She was always responsive to our needs and recommended local restaurants to try. She even arranged a family style meal on the last night of our training in the cafe/breakfast space which was very special. Honestly, you have to see this space to believe it - It's better than the pictures or description in my opinion. Thank you Khun Tatinut for hosting us. thank you for being flexible and understanding our needs. If we run another training event in BKK we'll be sure to stay again!
