Would recommend Joshua’s place for anyone looking for a room to stay in. We bought his Red Sox tickets from him for a great price, and had a very affordable place to stay for our quick trip to Boston.

This was a really great place to access Boston and to rest for the night. They thought of everything when it came to amenities, tips, arrival prep. Lots of great recommendations. Good wi-fi. Possible to stay and have that be completely private experience, though you are sharing the home. You must be able to walk and transport bags on narrow staircase. We loved it and are so grateful for this perfect option. We even purchased some Sox tickets Joshua has and enjoyed a fun night out! (Pre-plan well for transportation home leaving Fenway).

Joshua’s place was very nice, quaint, and quiet. He offered us use of his washing machine/dryer as we were heading out to a laundromat. Very sweet of him.

My partner and I visited Boston to meet up with some friends & sightsee, having never been to New England before. Joshua’s place was a great “home base.” He was very courteous, kind, and responsive! I felt very comfortable and safe in his home! Would absolutely stay again in the future. :)
