The real center piece of the room is the iconic Chesterfield sofa. There is a TV with freeview channels and DVD's provided for rainy days. The bedroom has a double bed with a supportive mattress, extra cushions and a throw for cosiness. There is a blind and curtains fitted and double glazing. The kitchen is clean, clutter free and well equipped for all you need and there is a dining table in the sitting room. The spacious bathroom has been fitted to a really high standard with a shower over the bath. Guests will have full use of the apartment. I keep some belongings in a room that is locked and the rest of the place is set up for guests use and comfort. My friends Hayley and Jenna help me host my home and are local to Edinburgh so on hand to assist with any questions or offer advice on where to eat. The property is on a tree-lined cobbled street off a main road and has a real neighbourhood feel. It's only a very short walk from Edinburgh's main thoroughfare, Princes Street, and close to the restaurants, shops, and cafes of Broughton street. There is no parking on site but parking is free from 5:30pm on a Friday to 8:30am on a Monday in selected bays outside the flat.There is also free parking a 5-8 minute walk away but spaces can fill up. The property is a 15 minute walk to Waverley train Station, a 10 minute walk to York Place Tram stop and a 25-30 minute taxi from the airport. Most city centre attractions are in walking distance.
