交通便利 房间舒适 房东人非常好 值得推荐

房东特别的棒！很热情，也很热心，很详细的帮我安排好行程和选择好套票，甚至还打印出来让我随身携带，相当的细心加贴心，让初到慕尼黑的我感觉很温暖。房间干净，公共区域也非常干净整洁，住了两天，感觉很自在。有个室内露台可以用餐加发呆，很不错的地方，值得大力推荐。

Appena arrivati guidati dalle dettagliate indicazioni forniteci, il simpatico proprietario di casa Volker, si è subito premurato di trovarci un tavolo ( essendo sabato sera) nel ristorante italiano situato sotto il condominio. Camera dotata di un grazioso terrazzino con il bagno accanto, ha una posizione fantastica. La tranquillità e la presenza di locali e supermercati la fanno perfetta per avere una base per visitare la splendida Monaco di Baviera. Proprietario disponibile, molto gentile e soprattutto molto riservato.🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪

Cannot recommend Volker’s place enough!! We had the most wonderful stay and will certainly be back if we are ever in the Munich area. This was our first time staying in an Airbnb with a host, so we didn’t quite know what to expect, but I feel like our stay was even better sharing the space with a local. Volker went above and beyond to provide directions, recommendations and answer any questions. The space was clean, the bed super comfortable, and the terrace a major plus! We were able to walk to the grocery store, a yoga class, and local restaurants while hopping on the underground for a less than 10 minute ride into the city center. You cannot beat this price for the quality of the stay! We are so grateful to have met Volker and hope to be back one day soon!
