Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m. Die Terasse wird kommenden Winter vollends fertig gebaut.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this very central Acropolis apartment which has just finished complete renovation. There is a cosy bedroom with very comfortable double bed, built-in cupboard & balcony access, lovely open plan kitchen with a bar to the living room. You will find all comforts, including a dishwasher, a washing machine and espresso machine, TV as well as free WiFi. The best part is the building roof terrace with stunning views of the Acropolis and all of Athens until the sea :-)

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
