It's all yours... Big rooms, fresh, airy, comfortable and smartly decorated, your time spent indoors will be relaxing as up to 4+ people enjoy this large 850 sq ft. apartment on the second floor.

Walk to some of the best restaurants and shopping or buzz downtown for your next concert or sporting event. Close to local breweries like Madtree, University of Cincinnati, Xavier and Mayfield Clinic, Oakley/Hyde Park is an energetic popular neighborhood in the heart of it all. HGTV just completed the 2018 Urban Oasis home renovation down the block, so it's definitely a happening part of town to be!
Want to cook? Full kitchen has you covered, but we recommend the Chicken and Waffles at Taste of Belgium one block away. Walk to Starbucks, Bravo, Seasons 52, The Capital Grille, Rusty Bucket, Firstwatch Breakfast, Frenchie Fresh…to name a few dining options within walking distance.
Need groceries? No problem, Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Kroger is right there too.
Dewey's pizza is some of the best in town! Don't miss Cincinnati classics like Skyline Chilli, Graeter's ice cream or Aglamesis' candy and French pot recipe ice cream....so close.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed, empty closets for hanging. I use only 100% cotton linens and towels...guests rave about the comfortable beds.
Large Living Room also functions as a second bedroom with a queen size bed plus a comfortble sofa and conversational seating where you can relax and watch some TV on the 50" HD TV with local and streaming TV options. Sofa can sleep an extra guest or a kiddo in a snap.
Dining room offers a space to hang out, eat a meal or play games at a large table that seats 6.
House rules apply. The space is not intended to be "party central".
Laundry facilities available in basement for guests needing to do a quick load.
Entire second floor of apartment is yours...Kitchen, Living room, Bedroom, Dining room and bath. Large spacious and airy rooms.

If you choose to use the china, please note they are hand wash...no dishwasher...paper products are also available if you are concerned about washing dishes by hand.
