This two-floor house, which can accommodate up to four people, consists of a living room with a modern sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen and dining table, a spacious bedroom with a sitting area and a convertible sofa bed. From the baconies you see a spectacular view of the Aegean Sea and mountains. The house is perfect for friends or families, short or longer stays due to its amenities and location. Close at hand to tavernas, restaurants and bars and the market is within walking distance.

The two- storey house with balcony is located just a few steps below the old fortress of Astypalaia, „ the Castle.“The location is unique. 6 chapels surround the house, which is built of thick stone walls. It is well over 100 years old. Opening the door you can feel the spirit of an ancient place .Despite the quiet location, you are at the same time in the heart of the old "Chora", the "Castle". Small speciality restaurants or bars are only some 100 metres away.

This is a vaction home of an Athenian/Milanese family that has been in love with Astypalaia for 40 years. It was bought and renovated for the first time in 1978 and ever since it has been the home of our summer vacations, of festivities and celebrations, huge dinners at the terrace, wine-tasting sessions, late night talks, stargazing - you name it.
