The view is spectacular, you can keep track of the boats in the harbour. The location is central, but in a quiet area by The University of Auckland. The interior design follows a distinctive nautical loft style, maximizing the use of space. The queen size bed is a spacious loft bed, and downstairs the couches can be turned into another queen size bed. Complete kitchen available. Internet included. Complimentary parking is available within the building (with a maximum car height limit of 1.9m).

Stylish loft with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms only 200m from Ponsonby Rd. Second (Top) floor with large deck and great sun and views. Also a great mezzanine movie projector zone. Double glazed. Facilities include wifi, Sky tv, movie projector, stereo, heat pump, heaters in all rooms, all linen provided, washing machine, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. 2 minute walk to all the great bars, cafes and restaurants of Ponsonby. Note 2nd floor apartment and no lift so may not be suited to the elderly.

This 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 4 people. Absolutely fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Restaurants, ferries, trains, nightclubs, shops, supermarket and Sky City are all just a short walk away. 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and another single bed in the loft. Has a full fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer, wifi, TV, Netflix and a small oven and 2 hot plates to cook but we recommend that guests make the most of all the fantastic restaurants that are so close by.

The Nikau Loft Waiheke Island

A cool space for couples or singles with everything you need for a short or long stay. Kitchen has fridge, microwave, dishwasher and hotplate. Queen size bed with linen and towels supplied. Ensuite has tiled shower and toilet. Free wifi & Netflix. Perched high above the treetops it has stunning seaviews and all day sun. The large deck is great for outdoor dining with BBQ. We advise our guests to hire a vehicle as it is in a semi-rural area. Onsite Art Gallery selling local art & craft.

The Loft offers arguably the best location in Auckland to access all the city has to offer, while providing a full kitchen and spacious loft living just moments from Newmarket.

This studio loft, with fantastic views over the Kowhai Reserve wetland, has plenty of space and everything you need as a base from which to explore the West Coast beaches, the native forest, the local Titirangi village culture or hop on a train to the CBD. We are about 5 minutes drive from, both the Glen Eden train station and Titirangi village. This location is ideal for leisure or business travellers, with a separate and secure entrance, a small outside deck and plenty of privacy.

Fantastic Location and great safe and secure access with own carpark. Walk to everything you want with restaurants, convenience shops and more at your doorstep. Great location if to do business locally or visit family and friends. Easy access to motorways if need to get around Auckland. Good Wi-fi and Smart TV in lounge and also TVs in both bedrooms. Modern but comfortable, good working spot and full kitchen and deck to look over some green space and enjoy morning coffee.

Travellers seeking an immersive city experience surrounded by all the attractions will love this secure, comfortable and superbly located pad in a Heritage building - the "Old Turkish Baths". The pics tell the story: brick, ancient beams and the sparkling originality of a very clever interior designer – it’s Paris or New York – only here! The kitchen is equipped for a long stay, there are laundry facilities and a pristine bathroom. Add WIFI and it ticks all boxes.
