This Villa is ready for you for all sorts of grounding. The villa is also powered by solar, an essential to have in our area.

My place is private ,Secured,spacious,peaceful,stress free that I’m sure you will have a nice time staying with us.The house has a lot to offer.We have billiard table for adult and kids,we do have swimming pool and beach.We also have activities like Atv or boating around. My house is good for Family reunion,Birthday party,or any event .I can accommodate maximum 25-30 but after 15pax needs to pay for extra pax .Please make sure udeclare the right number of pax it depends the room u will use

Hiraya Baler Beachfront Family Cabana

Basic, clean, and simple. It’s a modern kubo that features an air-conditioned Cabana by the beach. 🌴 (Construction is on-going in some parts of our place). Our neighborhood comes to life at night ✨ Ideal for those who like to party (but may not be suitable for those who seek total silence). Note that there's karaoke and restobars nearby our place. But soundproofing are in place beneath ceilings and walls to lessen sound. Our place offers a relatively stable internet for working guests.

Please read: Indicate number of people as rates vary (max 8pax) For 2pax, only 1 room will be provided. AC rooms have their own bathrooms with hot/cold shower. There is a functional kitchen with basic condiments, and a spacious living area. Wifi is via Starlink. A standby generator is available for power outages (not for ACs). Trees surround the compound and there is lots of natural light and fresh air. Booked guests can use the resort's pool and amenities.
