TRUE LUXURY
Our home provides a true luxury vacation experience. La casa was design and built around a Papelillo tree, providing a unique atmosphere.
MAXIMUM COMFORT
We offer all expected amenities including hotel premum mattresses with 400-count sheets, tempers swimming pool with encolsed area with jets, kitchen amenities.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
Set up to offer family friendly and safe environment, complete with a glass wall around the pool, nanny service if required. Please note that at the third level the house has a drop and child supervision (as always) is required. We have 5-7 year old daughters and plenty of kids have visited the house but if you are travelling with infants and have questions please let us know before making the reservation.
We provide complimentary cleaning service from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a day for everyone to go to the beach! We appreciate if you leave $5 daily per person as gratuity to our team. There are a bunch of people working to try to give you an incredible experience.

The house is in Sayulita, a village around 25 miles north of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Many people consider it to be the hidden jewel of Riviera Nayarit. It's a small hippie chic surf town full of life, restaurants, shops,
and beaches.
The house is located 10 minute walk from downtown and beach.
Sayulita is a small rural town in Mexico. As such, in some occasions, utilities such as water and electricity may fail. Specially when in high demand throughout the town. Although we always try to be resourceful and helpful with our guests, we cannot be responsible for claims in connection with services provided by the government. When accepting to book you acknowledge and agree that this may happen when staying at the house.
Sayulita is in the middle of the tropical rainforest, as such, you may expect to find insects and birds at the house in the common areas which are all open. The three bedrooms are closed-in. Even though we fumigate the house on a monthly basis, in some cases, it's even possible to encounter scorpions and spiders. Don't worry, they're not deadly, but if stung they say it hurts a lot. In such case seek immediate medical assistance. The house manual includes emergency numbers. If you feel uncomfortable around insects and have questions please let us know before you reserve the house.
One last thing, many streets in Sayulita, such as ours, lack pavement. During the rainy season accessing the house in standard cars can be complicated. 4x4's and golf carts have no problem. If you have questions about current street condition please let us know before booking
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Our neighbors are building their house. You may experience noise coming out from the works next door. We have a good relationship with the Architect, she's a nice lady, and let her know when we will be having guests so that they try to keep noise down. They are not supposed to star workin early in the morning and on Sundays they never work but we can't control how they act. If you have issues or questions with this let us know before you reserve the house.
