This cozy home designed for family people. A minimalistic home interior which u can relax and find peace..With centralized air-condition,one bedroom with aircon, one bathroom with free use of shampoo,bath towel,body wash,and toothpaste, a kitchen with free use of induction cooker and rice cooker for ur foods..We also have a smart TV with netflix included which you can enjoy watching with ur favourite movies and series😊 P.S. This unit is so safe because it is located near the guard house😊

Our Cozy House

Our cozy home is close to Bayugan central warehouse, 200 metres from the national highway. Gaisano is only 1km from us. Our house is in a beautiful and quiet location. Coconut trees surround you as you watch them from the balcony. This house is new and doesn't have a tv or wifi but we have aircon in both rooms and a washing machine downstairs. Please pm for more info. :) P.s: we can arrange a tricycle to and from the bus terminal or any other location if you arrive from Butuan.
