Make memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This home is 30 minutes from Columbia (Show-me State games) and Jefferson City. 1 1/2 hours from St. Louis or the Lake of the Ozarks and 2 1/2 hours from KC. Close to Westminster College and William Woods University. Can sleep 10 in beds and 3 others on the pull out couch and futon. Flooring is original hardwood floors and tile. Ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy a bath in the clawfoot tub. City pool, splash pad, nice restaurants are close.

The Maple House

The maple house is very family friendly, centrally located, with access to miles of exercise friendly side walks. Just a short distance from downtown Jefferson City! This spacious house has 4 bedrooms, with one on the lower level that has a large easily accessibly walk in shower. The front covered porch is perfect for drinking coffee in the morning, as well as the side covered porch, which also has a fan for those warmer Missouri mornings.

Centrally located house 5-minutes from the Missouri State Capitol. Spacious home with 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Great outside space in the front patio and back porch. In the winter months there is a nice fireplace to keep cozy in the spacious living room. There is a working washer and dryer available as well. Plenty of space for eating with a table and a breakfast bar table.
