This gorgeous studio apartment is situated only steps from the beach, the turquoise blue Atlantic and Caribbean sea. A more romantic spot is hard to find. From the bed you are watching the sun and moon rise over the sea. There is a kitchenette with coffee, tea and toast making facilities, a bar fridge provided with your breakfast amenities. By the beach is a wonderful dock to sun bake, laze with a book and a cold drink. The property is solar powered & off grid. Rain water is the water supply.

Our studio is entirely self contained. It is on the ground floor so great for people with children or those wanting minimum steps. The studio is clean, comfortable and spacious. It has two bedrooms. One king (with A/C) and one with two single beds (no A/C). The studio has a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is hot water. Towels and bedlinen are supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, new gas stove, washing machine. Large terrace with stunning views to dine.

The House and pool are all on one level, which makes for easy accessibility by wheelchair. There is a dedicated, free parking space and free wifi. Guests have complete privacy as there are no shared amenities. The house is surrounded with wildlife and forest, with not only beautiful open views towards the sea, but also walkable to the beach of Anse La Roche, one of the most beautiful beaches in Carriacou. A short hike up the hill takes you to High North Point, the highest point of Carriacou.

Therefore, we do not allow any parties or any more guests than the allocated number that have booked. Unfortunately, we only take bookings from adults over a certain age.
