单间公寓宽敞明亮、宁静的阳台

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Das Loft befindet sich in der Innenstadt von Helmstedt, in ca. 25min Entfernung zum VW Werk in Wolfsburg. Wer nach einem stressigen Arbeitstag Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Den Feierabend kann man hier entspannt auf dem Sofa, in der Wanne oder mit einem Saunagang ausklingen lassen. Entertainment bietet das vollausgestattete Kino mit PS5 und TV Sendern. Die vollausgestattete Küche bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage (1,7m) Haustiere einmalig 25€ zusätzlich.

There is a big bed (180x200), work desk, cable TV and WiFi. There is a newly installed, fully equipped design kitchen with electric stove top, microwave, fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. Parking in front of the house is available, but costs.

Modern artist loft apartment over two floors with a small garden in the countryside, 15 minutes by car from the center of Potsdam, 35 mins to Berlin. On the ground floor are: hallway, bathroom, chamber as well as a modern kitchen and a dining room. Direct access to the small garden from the kitchen. From the hallway a staircase leads up into the 76qm large light-flooded room, which was furnished as living room and bedroom.
