Relax with the whole family at this cozy 3 bedroom home located in the quiet, little town in Manassa in the beautiful San Luis Valley. The San Luis Valley is known for the beautiful mountains, with great hunting and fishing. We are a 15 minute drive to Cumbres and Toltec Scenic railroad, 1 hour to Zapata Falls and Great Sand Dunes National Park, 45 minutes to Colorado Gators Reptile Park. We allow full access to our home but not the garage. We do not allow any type of smoking indoors.

Our cabins are located directly on the Conejos River. In addition we have a beautiful pond stocked with trout. Catch and release barbless hook fly fishing is available on the River or pond separate from booking the cabin upon availability for an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE FISHING IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED in your stay. Please message us to check for availability. Also, please note, we do allow dogs for an additional $50 pet fee. Come stay at our cabins for a peaceful getaway!

This cabin is NOT for the faint of heart - it's 30+ miles from the nearest paved road and REQUIRES a high clearance 4x4 vehicle (a Subaru will NOT make it) in order to access the property safely. The property borders the Cumbres and Toltec Railway with a front porch view of the train during train season! Its a short walk to fishing and hiking in the Rio Grande National Forest. This four-season cabin can be especially enjoyable as a cozy retreat once snow flies and can be accessed by snowmobile, XC skis or snowshoes!

Sun drenched rustic cabin on a working cattle ranch in the San Luis Valley. During the months of March, April and May cattle are in the meadows in the front of the cabin. With no wifi, this is a place to disconnect and be with nature. Located just west of the Rio Grande, the Crestone mountain range and Mt. Blanca are to the north, and the Sangre De Cristo mountains are to the east. Private, secure, wonderful get away.

We offer a great cabin, a stones thrown from the river on our elk ranch. Our all-season cabin can accommodate couples, or groups up to 6, and serve as a home base or launching spot for the areas countless activities. We also offer fly fishing access, if available with a rod fee, this is seperate from cabin, and must be booked in advance. We charge a $100 per pet fee.
