In the village-The Old Gate Inn & The Miners Arms, both known for quality ales and great food & St James’s church dating back to 1066. Upon return you can light the wood burning stove, enjoy a soak in the large roll top bath or simply relax in the atmosphere.We are also pet friendly.

Situated on a steep hill above the Derwent Valley, it’s a short drive or good walk to Chatsworth and Bakewell and Matlock. Nestled on the edge of Beeley Moor Copy Wood sits below woodland and is surrounded by fields grazed by sheep. A short walk down brings to Rowsley village.
