Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and enjoy the best La Jolla has to offer from this awesome location! Staying in a condo with a kitchen and extra space makes perfect sense to make vacationing more affordable so you can invest more time and money into fun filled family activities that will create memories that will last a lifetime! Everything in every room is brand new and waiting for you! All designed for your comfort during your stay. Light and bright this spacious condo will far supersede all your vacation dreams! Make memories that last a lifetime! Kitchen Our kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, brand new pots and pans, kitchen utensils and settings for 6 people. Dining We have a beautiful dining area that is off the living room and has spectacular view of the ocean. Living Room There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The bedding can be found in the linen closet. Internet There is wireless internet throughout the house. You will find the wifi code in the guest book. Phone We have a landline for your use for local calls. A/C There is an air conditioning unit in the living room for you to use as you please. Towels We have bath towels and beach towels for you to use during your stay. Washer Dryer There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. Garage We have a one car garage that has an additional parking space behind it for your use. TVS Both the living room and the master bedroom have tvs. The living room has a brand new 50 inch flat screen tv. Both tvs have dvd players and cable. Stereo There are two bluetooth speakers in the condo that are located in the master bedroom and the living room and can be moved throughout the house. We ask that you please not take them to the beach. Books There are some books in the living room for you to enjoy while on vacation. I will meet you when you arrive, give you a tour and make sure you get settled and that all of your questions get answered. We live right up the street and are happy to help in anyway needed. I am a La Jolla local and love giving away my favorite restaurant, beaches, shopping and activities tips. There is also a guest book with more information in the condo. Our condo is located at Windansea beach, a 15-minute walk from attractions in La Jolla Village, including the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego and the Cove. Walk up the street for delicious breakfast, coffee, and salad at the Windansea Cafe. The condo is conveniently located walking distance from several beaches, restaurants and the Village. However, having a car is recommended as there are so many great things to do in San Diego. San Diego is a great destination for a family vacation! There are so many fun things to do like visit the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Legoland, all a short driving distance away. You can also walk to the tides pools and visit the seals at the Cove, La Jolla Shores is a great swimming beach, you can cruise the boardwalk in Pacific Beach and visit the rollercoaster. Lots of great family entertainment! There is no other place like this one! The views are stunning, the location is extraordinary! And we done everything we can to ensure you have a beautiful, impeccable, comfortable and luxurious place to stay while in La Jolla! You can also combine this unit with the unit next door to accommodate parties up to 12 people. We have a 4 night minimum. Holiday rates vary. Monthly rates available from September to May. San Diego has an 11.05% occupancy tax to be paid by guest. Since airbnb does not collect this tax, this will be charged via Special Offer upon acceptance of reservation.

You truly must see this Jewel & it was recently remodeled for your pleasure! Panoramic views from balcony are magnificent, newly remodeled kitchen includes new appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), new furniture throughout, washer/dryer, Cal-King beds in both spacious master bathrooms, trundle bed in guest room sleeps three, leather pull-out queen memory foam bed has ocean view. Bathrooms have shower/bath, as well as an outdoor shower in the backyard to rinse off at the end of an unbelievable day. You will also find a storage area in the backyard that is full of beach items you have access to including, but not limited to... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, sand mats, umbrella and more!! :) P.S. Please do your research on our location... we are directly across the ocean in Carlsbad. That being said, some Oceanside locations are trying to pass themselves off as Carlsbad because of the zip code. This is not us, as we aim for satisfaction and honesty. The one bedroom, one bath unit was recently remodeled (in 2017) and includes all new kitchen, bathroom, full size laundry and air conditioning. The large 400 square foot private deck has new outdoor furniture with views of Mission Bay and gorgeous sunsets year round. Enjoy a show on the 50" 4K LG smart TV in the living room which offers Netflix, Amazon Video, and major network TV stations. Cook a delicious meal in the kitchenette complete with a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove top, coffeemaker, and more. If you plan to head to the beach, the storage ottoman is secretly a "beach box" containing a couple of folding chairs, beach toys, towels and a small cooler. The unit is stocked with coffee, shampoo, conditioner, laundry supplies, iron, and more. Filtered water is provided via a faucet on the kitchen sink. Easy check-in via a numeric keypad on the front door with the code provided prior to arrival. Plenty of street parking is available. We love meeting new people and live next door in the main house so we are available most anytime. We are both from San Diego and still love to explore the latest new spots so we are happy to give recommendations. Bay Park is a great central neighborhood originally built in the early 1940s. It was recently voted the most livable neighborhood in a recent San Diego poll. Check out the restaurants on Morena Boulevard, which are just a few minutes' walk away or explore all of the major attractions of San Diego easily. The house has easy access to I-5 and is only 10-15 mins from downtown, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and the airport. The private guest house is located across from Mission Bay and within walking distance to bay, market, restaurants and coffee shops. Uber/Lyft is $8 to $14 to most of San Diego's main attractions. There is a bit of white noise from the highway down the hill near Mission Bay when out on the deck but nothing too bad, just worthy of mention. The unit has double paned vinyl windows so it's quiet indoors.

The views in our house are absolutely spectacular! The location is central to great restaurants, downtown SD, SeaWorld, and bay beaches where you can kayak or paddle board. It is a ideal choice for vacations and for business travelers looking for a comfortable place to call home while traveling. Entire House, 3 Patios, and parking for car in garage and driveway We like to stay out of our guests way during their stay, but we will always be accessible either via phone call or text; but if you are so relaxed and you don't want to expend energy to text or call, merely ring the wifi doorbell and it will connect to our cell phone and we can address any questions you may have. The mid-century modern house sits on the side of a hill in the La Playa neighborhood of Point Loma, overlooking the harbor. It is a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the harbor, beach, nice restaurants, and amenities. Please note 24 hours before arrival, we will provide you a door code you can use to enter the home, the same code locks the home when you come and go during your stay.
